Discover our candle refill collection:
When your candle has burned down completely, don’t worry! You can easily extend the enjoyment by selecting a refill from our collection. If you’d like, we can even hand-wrap an extra refill for you, making it ready for gifting.
How to refill a candle container:
First, don’t burn a candle all the way down. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 7mm/1cm remains in the container; Let it cool down not to burn yourself.
- Personally, I just scrap gently the remaining wax with a table spoon as it is really easy and safe! ⚠️ Remove the metal wick holder first before putting the jar in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time if some wax was left at the bottom. Then clean the jar with warm water and soap.. Wipe with tissue paper and it is done!
- Alternatively, if you have ample freezer space, place your candle in the freezer for a couple of hours. The wax will freeze, and you can use a butter knife to pop out the wax. But make sure to break up the wax beforehand, to make the process a little easier.
But remember to remove the metal wick holder at the bottom. This is attached to the jar with glue, and can be popped out with a little elbow grease.
- Some people use other solution for example:
- Warm up the bottom of the container with a hairdryer or hot water to allow the rest of the wax to melt. Wipe with tissue paper. You can also wash it gently by hand; Use a bit of hot water and liquid soap.Choose what seems easier for you, of course.
**Please do not wash our Classic Candle Jars 30CL as it might damage the glass. Clean with a soft warm damp cloth; you can use a bit of soap

- Your Soapy Collection Refill Candle will be supplied with a sticky pad at the bottom to keep the wick firmly placed inside the container. Failure to use the sticky pad could cause your wick to move when the wax is melting and subsequently damage the glass.
