Shipping Policy

Currently we ship to UK only with Royal Mail service or by courier in case of Royal Mail strikes. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours*.

◆ Rates for orders Nationwide below £20:

Flat fee for packages up to 2kgs	£4.45
Flat fee for packages above 2kgs	£6.95

We are using the 1st Class mail service as it is relatively fast. Royal Mail usually tries to deliver the 1st Class mail on the next working day, even if it is a Saturday.

* Delivery time varies on some orders mentioned on the website like for our 400G and 500G candles
